We are looking for a highly motivated Recruiter and HR Assistant to work part-time (50%) in the team of our HR Director.

What is Sparkers all about?

We deliver Market insights, Product tracking and Custom solutions exclusively to the Entertainment Industry. We do this by measuring Sales and Streaming Audiences like no other.

Responsibilities

You will be fully in charge of the recruitment’s process.

  • Prepare and post job ads online
  • Conduct resume screening
  • Conduct HR interviews with candidates
  • Plan candidates’ interviews with the hiring teams
  • Send invitations, confirmations and reminders to candidates
  • Track recruitment processes and update system
  • Maintain candidates’ database up to date
  • Attend meetings as necessary

and of the following HR administrative tasks:

  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed
  • Update our internal database with new employee’s information, including contact details and employment forms
  • Redaction of and follow-up on offer letters and contracts
  • Staff administration including management of health insurances, meal vouchers and business telephone's subscriptions
  • Car fleet management
  • Plan, schedule and follow-up on employees' training plans
  • Plan, communicate and follow-up with managers on performance reviews, HR surveys, etc.
  • Help with HR policies updates amp; communication
  • Maintain security of confidential information
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements

How do we imagine our future Recruiter and HR Assistant?

  • You have 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment
  • You are looking for a part-time opportunity
  • You have a bachelor degree in Human Resources domain or relevant field (management, communication, business and administration, labour force relations, law, etc.)
  • You have excellent communication and writing skills in English, French is a plus
  • You are creative and flexible
  • You are curious, self-driven and eager to learn
  • You have excellent organisational skills
  • You are a team and people oriented person
  • You are available part-time as soon as possible
