Job Description
As a project manager you will be in charge of several projects. These projects are within various industries, but always have the same goal: the development of an innovative product.
You will lead the project from the initial idea to the final production version, and everything in between: brainstorming, concept design, prototyping, testing and industrialization,.
You are responsible for the entire project: general planning, planning the project team, financial follow-up, setting up and keeping project plans up-to-date, etc.
You are the point of contact for the customer. You understand his needs and make every effort to arrive at the optimal innovative product for him.
You manage all project resources: your Comate colleagues but also partners, suppliers, freelancers,.
You are also responsible for the conformity testing of our new concepts, prototypes and pilot production, so that they conform to internal and external standards.
As a project manager you also have an important role in respresenting our values and standards.
Requirements
You are a real team player.
You have a master's degree in a technical direction (product development, electromechanics, mechatronics, electrical engineering,.).
You have at least 5 years of experience in an Ramp;D environment as an engineer or project leader.
You master the development process from idea to industrialization.
You have excellent communication skills.
You are able to distinguish the important from the unimportant and to set priorities.
You have a positive attitude and like to take initiative.
You are fluent in Dutch and English (speaking and writing).
You are full of energy, have focus and always the will to achieve your goal.
