Acolad is currently seeking a Senior Director Global Life Sciences Production!
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing Life Sciences Project Management teams globally, ensuring a positive client experience via delivery of services and solutions while consistently meeting or exceeding client requirements. You will leverage your extensive leadership experience to empower and engage the teams to deliver excellence.
This position reports to the COO.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and motivate the Life Sciences Project Management teams. Hire and retain top talent, ensuring high levels of employee satisfaction.
- Consistently meet or exceed client requirements for customer service and provide value-add solutions.
- Liaise with Account Management teams to ensure quality, turnaround time and cost expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- Foster strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Drive operational efficiency via system implementation, process optimization, and design and implementation of organizational transformation.
- Drive change management, leading the Project Management teams through technological and organizational change.
- Manage, control, and report on global staff budget and margin optimization.
- Validate pricing and operational approach for strategic customer opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Translation, Localization, Business or a related field
- 10-15 years of proven experience leading global translation project management teams
- Experience driving operational transformation across global teams required
- Significant experience with life sciences translation is required
- Exceptional leadership, project management and communication skills
- Highly flexible and able to rapidly adapt
- Demonstrated resilience and tenacity that enables you to overcome challenges and propose solutions
- Must be a highly motivated self-starter with passion, enthusiasm and curiosity
