NewB is currently looking for a Business / Functional Analyst amp; Tester, to contribute to define and elaborate IT solutions that will optimize business value within our start-up ethical bank.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The main activities of the role can be summarized as follows:
- Capture, analyse and validate requirements, including priorities and dependencies.
- Design and document as is and to be.
- Identify issues and improvement opportunities.
- Define and elaborate solutions that will optimise business value (cost / benefits analysis).
- Elaborate test strategy, test plan and test cases.
- Perform, document and facilitate functional testing activities.
- Assist with the end-users acceptance tests (UAT).
- Document and improve processes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as Business or Functional Analyst in the banking sector.
- Bachelor/Master degree in relevant field (Computer Sciences, Engineering, Business).
- Analytical and methodological skills.
- Excellent level in Dutch or French with a good knowledge of the other language, and a fluent English.
- Flexible mindset and capability to adapt to a changing environment.
- Familiar with SWOT analysis, Business Process Management, Activity and Data-flow Diagram, Process Automation and User Stories definition Business Intelligence capabilities is a plus.
- High standard of integrity and honesty and strong interest for sustainability.
