Not only do we have an online product for Building owner, tenant and end-users but we also allow our users to magically get in and out of a parking area using AI via license plate recognition, the press of a button on their smartphone or other physical devices, . How cool is that?!

About the job


As Customer Service Representative you will be part of the Customer Service Department who is responsible for handling all direct interactions with parking users from the moment they start considering BePark as a solution to their parking problem, until the termination of their subscription. This department plays a vital role in both pre-sale and post-sale stages and is therefore BePark’s eyes and ears when it comes to website and parking user experience.

As a Customer Service Representative, your core objective is customer satisfaction. Keeping our customers happy is the best way to keep a low churn and ensures that our clients remain our best ambassadors.

To all future and current parking users, you impersonate BePark and its values, conveying both positivity and trust.

Your daily activities include:

  • Receiving inbound calls / mail from potential customers and active users
  • Investigating and understanding B2C prospects needs and providing the best suited solution to their parking problem
  • Identify marketing media source (how did the prospect hear from us)
  • Provide all relevant information about BePark services
  • Track sales opportunities until purchase completion
  • Provide after-sales support
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way
  • Gather customer feedback and share it internally on a recurrent basis

Requirements

About your profile


We are looking for someone with the following attributes:

  • You have proven customer care/ support or client service experience
  • You have experience in client support in B2C and/or B2B environment
  • You are customer oriented and have strong communication skills (active listening)
  • You are able to multitask, prioritize and manage your time efficiently
  • You have a track record of being an overachiever
  • You like working in an intense, fast paced environment with a team of like-minded people
  • You like sharing innovative ideas to improve the way of working
  • Team player, you are also capable to work autonomously
  • Fluent in French and/or Dutch; proficient in English
