The Customer Success Specialist (CSS) will be part of the Customer Success Team.
The main mission of this service is developing new lines of business and new markets/sales strategies.
The CSS reports to the Business Solutions Manager and interacts with other Customer Success Specialists and Customer Support Specialists, Account Managers, Product and Operation teams in order to exchange commercial support and information .The CSS is also in contact with customers in pre and post sales activities (onboarding + post onboarding for our solution SaaS B2B).
The purpose of the position is to increase our IT Platform (BePark parking management system software/ SaaS) adoption and adherence (pre and post sales; revenues being a positive externality, not the primary goal of customer success)
