We are looking for a dynamic and collaborative legal counsel to join our Brussels office and to work on exciting legal issues as the tech industry requires creative and pragmatic legal thinking. As the new member of our growing legal team, you will help us tackle the legal challenges associated with the expansion and operation of a dynamic SaaS company. You will have the opportunity to work with Proxyclickers from all the different teams of the company and collaborate on projects with a company-wide impact. If you are an enthusiastic legal counsel, with 2-4 years of experience, who is not afraid to speak up, take on challenges, and eager to grow a SaaS environment; if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, and if you are skilled in multitasking and working fast, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise team and management on corporate matters
- Review and draft legal documentation such as SaaS contracts, reseller agreement, NDAs, terms amp; conditions, etc.
- Advise and anticipate legal needs in your area of expertise
- Management of trademarks
- Build relations and support the business customers in the different stages of the sale/purchase process
- Participate in the negotiation of complex deals
Requirements
- 2-4 years of legal experience in a law firm or consultancy firm,
- Experience in corporate matters
- Experience in employment law and/or IP matters a plus
- Impeccable oral and written communication skills in English and either French or Dutch
- Proficiency with Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Enjoys a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Pragmatic thinking, great business affinity
- Ability to multitask and work quickly and efficiently
- Appetite for learning new tools
- Connects well with people
- Strong curiosity for the SaaS industry
