Are you eager to take ownership in the Marketing team in order to shape the next mobility culture in cities while continuing to grow your skillset?

The newly created software business unit of BePark is building its marketing team !

Led by a marketing manager, the team is currently searching for a content strategist and inbound marketer. Following a strategy thought by a software marketing expert, the team will be able to take advantage of a strong digital marketing tools suite : Hubspot, Adobe Creative Suite, Vidyard, Lemlist... To always help you on your daily work we also have a team of 3 really motivated interns as well as a contract with a creative agency and on demand work possibilities with other providers. Everything that you need as a content strategist to show our prospects and clients all our expertise !


As a Content Strategist, you will:


  • Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals
  • Plan, develop and implement the company content's strategy
  • Target our buyer personas (focus : real estate) and develop content marketing campaigns to achieve business goals
  • Support the creation and the implementation of the Inbound marketing
  • Identify real estate industry trends and deliver engaging content on a regular basis
  • Develop an editorial calendar and ensure deadlines are met
  • Create, edit and improve content for optimal SEO, SEA and lead generation
  • Benchmark competitors' content, messaging and communication strategies
  • Assist with internal stakeholder interviews to identify business goals and topics
  • Coordinate with copywriters and other departments at BePark

Requirements

  • Passionate about the evolution of the Real estate industry.
  • 2-5 years of experience working in Content Marketing/Strategy
  • Bachelor degree in marketing or communication, or equivalent by relevant working experience
  • Strategic vision and ability to develop content plans using inbound marketing methodologies.
  • Experience in creating content in different formats (videos, case studies, eBooks, quizzes, etc.)
  • You know how to write or improve content for optimal SEO and lead generation.
  • French and English are a must, and if you can write in Dutch, that's even better.
  • Dynamic and creative, you are a team player but you can also work autonomously.
