Quality Certification Engineer

Job Description
As a quality amp; certification engineer you are responsible for organizing all quality amp; testing activities related to hardware ( electromechanical ) devices Your responsibilities are:
- Determine multidisciplinary testing requirements in function of product maturity
- Set up test plan and follow-up on execution inside project teams
- Set-up a standard risk assessment and FMEA approach for all projects (team effort)
- Establish good relationships with test labs for mandatory (regulatory), as well as quality testing
- Set up external testing expertise network for specific testing requirements
- Determine regulatory requirements for electrotechnical products for European market (CE), with focus on the following CE Directives: LVD, MD, EMC, RED, RoHS
- Advise clients concerning their legal CE marking obligations and help them set up their technical documentation
Requirements
You have a higher degree in a technical direction.
You have relevant working experience within a product quality, test or regulatory related position.
You are experienced in setting up test strategies and test plans.
You are familiar with CE marking requirements.
You are organised with a good eye for details.
You have a positive attitude and like to take initiative.
You are fluent in Dutch and English (speaking and writing).
You are full of energy, have focus and always the will to achieve your goal.
