As a Human Resources Intern at Sparkes you’ll be able to have a 365 overview of the activities in our HR department, you will contribute to our recruitment and selection process, and you’ll engage in the different activities of our talent management projects.

Your responsibilities
Recruitment
- Tracking recruitment process and updating system
- Prepare and post job ads online
- Help with resume screening and application forms
- Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
- Maintain candidate database
Talent Management
- Assist with new hire onboarding
- Assist in planning surveys
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed
- Assist with the employee performance management process
- Ensure the follow-up on the learning path for the employees
- Update our internal databases with new employee information
- Assist on the CSR project
- Bring new fresh ideas? We are eager to hear what you can propose!
Requirements
- You pursue a third year Bachelor or a master’s degree studies within the HR domain or similar field
- You speak English (French is a plus)
- Curious, self-driven, eager to learn and a smiley person
- Organizational skills
- Available at least for 3 months minimum starting from January 2022
- The internship would be supported and covered by a contract provided by your school
- Can you tell us the difference between Nintendo and PlayStation? We are kidding!
