What will be your role?
We are looking for a highly motivated IT Operations Trainee to join our IT team for a long-term internship and help sustain our rapid growth.
As an IT Trainee, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with all of our employees around the world by providing daily IT assistance to your colleagues and participating in mid- and long-term projects.You will also be in constant contact with our Senior staff (IT Manager) and will progressively be trained in our existing IT software and procedures.
The IT team at Kpler actively collaborates with the Engineering, People, and Finance teams to streamline processes and develop a great employee experience in a supportive and efficient environment.
What you’ll do
• Provide hardware and software support to all Kpler offices and remote workers (troubleshooting, access creation/deletion, etc.)• Assist in the administration of our productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, Expensify, BambooHR, etc.)• Manage our IT inventory and maintain IT asset data (serial numbers, software keys, locations, etc.)• Take a role as part of various ongoing projects (IT security, SSO, MDM, new offices, new solutions deployment)• Help to maintain the on-site network infrastructure of our headquarters (Brussels office)• Improve and document hardware/software processes and policies (support, security, renewal, etc.)• As part of the IT team, participate in the onboarding/offboarding processes (hardware procurement, credentials management, laptop, and phone configuration)

• You are a Master student in the IT / Technology field and are looking for a long-term internship• You are attending courses in a Belgian university• You speak fluent English. Mastering one of the Belgian national languages is a plus.• You have a good understanding of computer hardware and networking• You have a good understanding of IT security best practices• You have great customer service skills and you are always ready to help your coworkers• You are adaptive, resourceful and well organized• You are autonomous, flexible and can self-prioritize tasks• You are a fast learner
