Job Description

Hi, we are Loop. We make earplugs. But not the mushy sound-muting kind. Ours don’t block the sound; they filter it. And they look smart and fit comfortably too. Thousands of noise sensitive people went crazy for them, calling them ‘a life changer’.

Today, we’re one of the fastest growing DTC brands in hearables. And we keep on growing. Exploding even. But we’re ambitious. We want to get our name and earplugs out there, changing even more lives.

You know what’s growing too? Our team. There are 60 of us at this point. But we need to get it up to a 100. In 3 months. Crazy, right? We told you we were ambitious. The budget’s there though. The resources are too. And we have a team of 3 talent specialists working on it non-stop. But guess what’s not there? Someone to guide them and keep an eye on the bigger picture.
A Talent Acquisition Manager, that’s what we need. Are you it?

Here's what we’re looking for.

You’re a talent acquisition natural

Did we mention the 40 FTE’s we want to hire in the upcoming 3 months? Oh yes, we did.
Up to you to find the talents we’re looking for. Sure, that’s what it comes down to. But you know you can’t do that without fully understanding the company’svalues first. It’s the groundwork for every decision you make. After that, you figure out what the teams need and what the market has to offer. The labor market is your natural habitat.
A new role? You get to the bottom of it. A deep understanding of our targetcandidates? You’re on it. A talentpool? In the making. Yes, you work both sides.
Your previous experience has taught you that much. That sharp, critical mind of yours only adds to your hiring genius.

From there, it’s on to the strategyboard. One crazy efficient talent acquisition plan and hiring strategy coming right up.
Sure, it contains the classic methods, but you’re a numbers person. And a new tech fan. So, you love a good experiment now and then. Want to plug in an agency? Do some A/B testing? Take over TikTok or head down to a job fair? You decide how to spend the budget. (Of course, there’s a budget. The war for talent is on, we know.) If it helps you fill your funnel and reach a solid amount of high-potential candidates, why not. We’re all about failing fast and cheap but winning big here.
Just don’t forget to share your data and insights afterwards. Oh, and if you need a second opinion or a sparring partner, just reach out to Bas, he’s our People Manager and the person you report to.

Requirements

Only three of them? Yes. Nice surprise, isn’t it? They’re not up for discussion though. Must-have material.

  • You know how to get your ideas across. You’re fluent in English, both written and spoken. And you have the networking skills to back it up.
  • You’re pretty awesome in general. A sense of humor? Even better.
  • You’re in our Antwerp office on a regular, but otherwise you’re free to work wherever. Why? You need to steer on your team and check in with the other team leads. And that’s just easier in person.
