Job Description
Our corporate practice includes general corporate counselling and governance and covers all types of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (public and private), private equity, venture capital, corporate restructurings and capital markets (debt and equity).
We are currently looking for both an experienced associate and a junior associate fluent in Dutch and English to join our Corporate department.
Requirements
- You hold a Master of Laws degree from a Belgian university and you have a solid academic record
- You have experience in working in a corporate department of a reputable law firm
- You are fluent in Dutch and have a very strong command of English
- An additional foreign law degree is a plus
- You are an excellent communicator and team player
