Nallian is a fast-growing Belgian technology scale-up. We are on a mission to help the air cargo industry to ‘operate as one’, instead of as dozens of siloes. Our solutions help the different actors in logistic hubs to better coordinate their processes and obtain the visibility they need to adopt a pro-active approach. So that both individually and as a network - they achieve unparalleled levels of efficiency, transparency and sustainability. We do so from our offices in Brussels and Singapore (and soon one in the USA).

To help us realize our ambitious go-to-market strategy, we are looking for a Digital Marketer. Your main focus will be on generating and nurturing leads for different product market combinations (various products and types of sales cycles), while reinforcing the awareness and positioning of our brand. This will require both strategic thinking and practical execution, as you will be responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring and improvements of our digital marketing campaigns.

As such, you will:

  • Draft and execute the Digital Marketing Plan, with a focus on lead generation and content marketing.
  • Apply growth marketing and marketing automation techniques to define the best ways to generate, nurture, and convert leads.
  • Focus on performance. You translate company objectives into KPIs and prepare the required dashboards and reports to monitor, analyse, report and optimize results based on data-driven decision making.
  • Manage our Social Media Strategy, incl. paid advertising.
  • Manage the company website (Joomla) and other digital communication channels (Mailchimp, Leadfeeder, Hubspot, ).
  • Work closely together with the Director of Marketing.

Requirements

  • You have 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You have in-depth experience with organic and paid acquisition in a B2B context.
  • Knowledgeable on performance marketing, optimizing customer journeys and marketing automation.
  • You master the Google Marketing tools (analytics, data studio, tag manager, ).
  • You take decision based on data.
  • You are comfortable managing a website (CMS used: Joomla).
  • You are a self-starter with a problem-solving mindset who can manage projects from A to Z.
  • You are an open communicator who is not afraid of taking initiatives or share ideas.
  • Mastering digital tools to facilitate content creation (video, images, ) is a plus.
