To keep up with our fast growth, we are looking for an Implementation Consultant for one of our key products TVM (Truck Visit Management)

With Nallian's Truck Visit Management our customers can coordinate freight pick ups and drop offs in a streamlined way - from (pre-)announcement to slot management to sharing freight details. Thanks to Truck Visit Management our customers can increase throughput at the dock door, eliminate waiting times and make optimal use of resources.

As an Implementation Consultant, you participate in the commercial growth of Truck Visit Management by taking care of our new customers’ implementation, usage support both for existing as during a pilot with new potential customers. You provide technical expertise to our customers, foster trust and build as well as maintain strong relationships with them.

You will:

  • Be the product’s Implementation expert and take care of our customer’s implementations and support them with your project and change management expertise: give guidance and follow up on the timeline towards the go live.
  • Support the customer in their transition: give demo’s and train the key users, give support during validation, promote successful solution adoption,
  • Follow-up deploys to staging and production with the customer and guide them in user acceptance testing during the implementation phase.
  • Follow-up the usage and progress of our product during the implementation phase.
  • Be responsible for the update maintenance of our product’s implementation material.
  • Support the sales team during pre-sales by sharing your expertise, giving demo’s, .
  • Be part of the product team and provide input for new features on the roadmap by having operational knowledge of our customer’s situation.
  • Be a bridge to the Product Team and provide them with the point of view of new customers.
  • Be responsible for a smooth transition by managing a functional hand-over to the support and customer success team after the implementation phase is done.
  • Make a fit gap analysis between the features of our product and the operational situation at the customer. Depending on the outcome, you involve other people in the organization: product management, analysts or customer success team in case of specific integrations.

Requirements

You have a real commercial and entrepreneurial spirit and you are able to work in a growing and evolving environment. You are available to your clients while demonstrating empathy and active listening skills, and you are able to manage their expectations correctly in line with the features of the product. This is your secret to achieve exceptional follow-up and impress our clients. These qualities are of course in addition to your technical skills.

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and at least 3-5 years of working experience.
  • You have excellent communication skills and you interact with our customers regularly to understand their needs and steer their behaviour.
  • You are able to switch between strategic thinking on the long term (customer voice towards the product team and input for product roadmap and strategy) and operational thinking (find a solution for our customer now) on the short term.
  • You love B2B applications and you have an analytical mindset. You understand technology and easily find your way in new applications.
  • You can work independent and you have a proactive mindset.
  • You have project management skills. You understand and are able to manage the complex balance between scope, timing and budget.
  • You have an eye for detail and you deliver high quality work.
  • You can work with deadlines and you only make promises you can keep.
  • You have change management expertise: active listening, motivating the customer, problem solving and managing expectations aren’t new to you.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and verbal, good knowledge of Dutch and/or French is an advantage.
