As Customer Service Representative you will be part of the Customer Service Department who is responsible for handling all direct interactions with parking users from the moment they start considering BePark as a solution to their parking problem, until the termination of their subscription. This department plays a vital role in both pre-sale and post-sale stages and is therefore BePark’s eyes and ears when it comes to website and parking user experience.
As a Customer Service Representative, your core objective is customer satisfaction. Keeping our customers happy is the best way to keep a low churn and ensures that our clients remain our best ambassadors.
