We are currently looking for a full-time Installation project manager to strengthen our team. Someone who has an appetite for being in charge of delivering qualitative technical installations and who loves to coordinate multiple parties and sub-contractors to achieve this goal.
Izix strives at developing a digital parking management solution that helps our real estate and corporate clients digitize the way they manage their parking lots. In doing so, we enable them to use their parking lot as a lever for better mobility in and around their buildings ! Our software solutions are coupled with on-site technical solutions that enable best-in class parking access control experience (readers, gateways, ANPR cameras etc).
At Izix, you will work with young, motivated team members and support major clients from multiple industries across Western Europe.
As an Installation project manager, you will be part of the Operations Team. The main mission of this team is to ensure the smooth usage of our systems at our clients. This encompasses the set-up, adoption and daily usage of our solutions by our clients. While our core value proposition is software-oriented, our interaction with parking and access control systems calls for local access control systems and other hardware to be put in place.
You will be working with customers having sites across Europe, and be in charge of advising, quoting, planning, installing and commissioning parking and access control systems. You will be responsible for the good execution of the installations, in collaboration with customers, partners and other stakeholders from the team (customer success managers and support specialists).

More precisely, your task as an Installation Project Manager will be:
- Support Izix teams during the presale of projects by
- Assessing customer needs and advising on the relevant required installations
- Prepare, document and issue associated quotes
- Develop and manage our network of suppliers for the ordering, preparation, configuration, testing and shipping of hardware to any location in Europe.
- Develop, maintain and oversee a set of contractors to complete the installation and maintenance on site across Europe.
- Manage and update the technical documentation and processes for installing and maintaining the hardware; ensure proper training of the contractors.
- Coordinate installations accordingly with the different stakeholders (supplier - contractor - customer - internal teams)
- Ensure the qualitative completion of the installations
- Implement installations in line with project proposals, plans and timeline
- Keep the customer and the team informed during project implementation
Requirements

- You have 3-5 years experience working in a similar job in construction, installation management, maintenance management or relevant project management;
- You hold at least a bachelor degree, preferably in a field related to this job;
- You have knowledge or can demonstrate curiosity in fields like network, electricity, electronics, access control, IoT etc.
- You have a talent in planning and organisation; you enjoy coordinating different stakeholders to deliver top notch quality and communicate accordingly with implicated stakeholders; you are able to prepare in advance workforce and material requirements;
- You have a curious, analytical and structured mind. You are able to quickly analyse a situation and identify what needs to be put in place where and when to prevent/ solve specific situations. You are able to share conclusions in structured written reports;
- You always aim for quality so you actively and consistently strive to expand your knowledge;
- You are process oriented and strive at making them simple. You can create, implement and train people on new processes and enforce their usage.
- You are a problem solver and can handle tough situations without getting into stress or impatience.
