The Job Description

To strengthen its team, the company is looking for an enthusiastic and meticulous Technical Operator to help realize its ambitions.

What you will be doing?

• Able to follow production process and procedures
• Operate machines and flag on the event of deviations/issues

• Identify errors and provide inputs for improvements

• Solve small issues on the spot avoiding production stops
• Identify product errors during process steps

Requirements

Your Qualifications

Experience

• You have relevant experience as Technical Operator or you are technically oriented.
• You have preferably experience working in a lab environment.
• Knowledge of Office: Word, Excel, Power Point.

Skills

• Ambition to work in start-up and/or scale-up companies: resilience, entrepreneurship, tenacity and hands-on mindset.
• Interpersonal skills, down-to-earth and effective communication skills.
• Proactive problem solver with ability to manage change effectively.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks time management.
