Job description
Role purpose: Provide direction, guidance, help, and advice to the EMEA Leadership Team, EMEA HR Team and local teams in implementing, and maintaining the Aliaxis Total Reward Strategy and the associated policies, procedures and processes, in close partnership with the Group Compensation amp; Benefits team
Reporting to VP HR EMEA, the Camp;B Manager will play a key role in seeking to continuously improve the way we work while looking for new and unique approaches and ideas to achieve better outcomes.
The role is based in our headquarter in Brussels.
Responsibilities
- Adapt and deploy the Group Reward strategy in EMEA based on EMEA business needs that will ensure attraction and retention of key talents;
- Promote the Development, implementation, communication and maintenance of Compensation amp; Benefits practices, policies, processes and tools for the EMEA division;
- Assist international mobility within EMEA in alliance with Group Mobility Team;
- Give training support to local HR teams and senior managers in relation to job evaluation, comp amp; ben philosophy and policies, compensation plans;
- Acts as guardian of the Group Compensation amp; Benefits policy within the region.
Requirements
- Relevant background within a multinational or consulting firm;
- Detail oriented, strongly at ease with numbers;
- Expert in Excel knowledge;
- Experience with Job Evaluation systems/tools (preferably Willis Towers Watson);
- An experience working with workday is a plus.
Being successful in the role will require to build and maintain effective working relationships, ensure alignment within and across groups, and use one’s expertise of others to gain buy-in and support and achieve mutual goals ; Excellent Interpersonal amp; Communication Skills, Diplomacy and ability to build trust.
