Dott’s operations revolve around our team and the logistics of the operations. You will be part of implementing standards to make Dott the Industry operational Leader. This is why Health amp; Safety is core to optimise productivity and make Dott an industry leader. This role will make you a prime point of contact with the ground team and central team. What you'll do:- Reporting to the Area Manager, you will join the Belgian operational team in which:
- You will help us to develop and optimise our operational processes according to company standards with a focus on Health amp; Safety (e.g. warehouse set-up, equipment, logistics)
- You will participate in the monthly check of compliance
- You will work with the central Supply Chain team to have the most up-to-date information on Hamp;S (e.g. equipment)
- You will work closely with the Quality team to identify and report on mechanical and electronic issues raised by the field teams
- You will ensure that processes are followed to report accidents (e.g. street and warehouse accidents)
- You will support the onboarding of new employees from an operational point of view. E.g. ensure they have received the correct information, and tools
- You will research industry standards are suggest improvements for our operations
What you'll need- You’re interested in operations, logistics and micro-mobility
- You’re at the end of your bachelors or in your master’s studies (business school, operations, hotel school, logistics, or similar)
- You’re known for being organised
- Autonomy, initiative and a willingness to make proposals
- You’re native French or Dutch, with a good level of English
