Junior Supply Chain Coordinator

• Keep the inventory level on our 3PL partners in Europe, the UK, and the USA based on demand forecasts and product life cycles;
• Order raw materials, components, and production supplies as well as ensure timely delivery to support production and shipping schedules;
• Forecast the raw materials, components, and supplies at required inventory levels according to main eCommerce events;
• Be responsible for purchase order accuracy regarding billed price and quantity;
• Partner with the external manufacturer as well as internal stakeholders to identify, organize, prioritize, and execute projects;
• Use data-driven approach to identify root cause problem areas and coordinate the corrective actions as well as find solutions for the optimization of the costs.

Requirements

• University degree in a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in supply-chain or procurement
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Experience with the ERP systems is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken English and German
