Job description
To support the growth of Aliaxis group as well as our growing Corporate Team of 150 people with an international population and setup, we aim to reinforce our global HR team with an HR Business Partner with strong Talent Management expertise, who will contribute to bring top level talent management practices, maximize organizational effectiveness and drive culture amp; engagement for Aliaxis’ Corporate Team, while acting as trusted advisor to a number of ExCom and Global Leadership members. The role will report to the VP HR Strategy, Systems and Corporate functions.
The responsibilities of the role can be summarized as follows:
- Drive the Talent Review, Talent Development and Succession planning processes
- Oversee the Recruitment, supported by the Talent Acquisition team
- Contribute to the Global Talent Strategy as member of the Global Talent Council
- Constantly monitor for ways to improve organizational effectiveness
- Act as the change leader for projects entailing people changes
- Be a trusted advisor and coach to the business for HR and people related matters
Requirements
- Solid Talent Management experience (covering talent review, talent development, succession planning, talent related processes amp; systems)
- Experience as HR Business Partner in an international organization with a matrix type of structure
- Knowledge of/experience with performance management, SMART cascading goals, capability planning, organizational effectiveness
- Experience on culture amp; engagement, and change management would be really appreciated
- At ease in a fast-paced environment in transformation and to work a diverse international environment
- Fluent English is a must
- Fluent French or/and Dutch is a plus
