Job description
To support the growth of Aliaxis group as well as our growing Corporate Team of 150 people with an international population and setup, we aim to reinforce our corporate HR team with a Corporate HR Manager Operational Excellence amp; Employee Experience who will design and maintain high standards of HR service amp; operational excellence to support business development and enhance employee experience, in our international, fast-paced, rapidly growing corporate organization.
The role will report to the VP HR Strategy, Systems and Corporate functions.
The responsibilities of the role can be summarized as follows:
- Lead the streamlined HR processes and procedures operations (HRIS, employment lifecycle, policy development, regulatory amp; legal compliance, performance management, workflow optimization)
- Drive the further implementation of global people processes in the corporate team and oversee the HR IS program (Workday) (payroll integration, absence management, workforce planning, learning management system, total rewards, talent management, recruitment, HR analytics)
- Support Management and HR Business Partners by taking the lead on some key topics (People and HR budget amp; forecast, annual performance review, general reporting, policies review, compliance audits, Social Election process)
- Play an active role in the design of future Total Reward policies amp; procedures for the Group, as effective member of the Global Compensation Council
- Provide leadership to the Corporate Senior HR Officer
- Liaise with Management and HR Business Partners across the business to identify improvements within HR operations management
Requirements
- Solid expertise in HR operations management throughout the whole employee lifecycle
- Strong process orientation, accuracy, and desire for excellence, including a natural aptitude for designing and establishing HR processes and procedures
- Experience in an international organization with a matrix type of structure
- At ease in a fast-paced environment in transformation and comfortable to work in a diverse international environment
- Knowledge of the Belgian (and ideally) French HR administration specificities
- Fluent English
- Fluent French and Dutch
