Job description
Role purpose: driving the global HR Solutions (HR Systems) agenda from a functional point of view, supported by 3 senior global business process owners and in close collaboration with the IT Lead for HR Systems.
Reporting to the VP HR Strategy, Systems amp; Corporate Functions, the Global HR Solutions Lead, will play a key role in the global rollout of the HR Solutions Roadmap. During the next years we plan to further rollout Workday recruitment, and roll out a number of new functionalities, like a global learning solutions, HR Analytics, Workforce planning, etc. .
The role is based in our headquarter in Brussels in a hybrid format of partly office partly home working. .
Responsibilities
- Making sure our HR Solutions are supporting the HR Function in its transformation to digitize admin and routine tasks and to become true HR Business partners;
- Building HR Solutions that support the business leaders in the development of the business and of our talents in close collaboration with our HR Centers of Excellence;
- Through HR Solutions and the latest innovations in HR technology, contribute to a best in class Employee Experience, covering the full employee life-cycle;
- Collaborating with the HR Change lead to have top level adoption rates and to further optimize the use of self-service for both managers and employees;
- Constantly looking for further optimizations and new HR solutions to drive business performance and enhance employee experience;
- Manage service agreements and relationship with external partners for functional support;
- Be a valued contributor to the larger program of digitization at Aliaxis;
- Engaging and coaching a team of 3 senior global business process owners to deliver on all the above.
Requirements
- Experience with Workday at the functional and process level - a certification is a plus;
- Experience with rolling out HR Solutions/Systems projects on an international scale
- Experience with and understanding of all HR key processes (Talent amp; performance management, reward, recruitment, )
- Solid program management and change management skills and expertise;
- Capability to navigate and influence successfully in a complex matrix environment
- Great communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English.
