About the role:
Well, we’re hoping you’ll be our new Director of Product Management. The visionary entrepreneur to drive innovation at Loop. You'll work closely with our engineers, designers, and researchers to build products that customers love. And deliver on Loop's vision. To ace this role, you're an experienced manager who can set clear goals, budgets, and timelines for multiple projects.
This is an in-person or hybrid position based in Antwerp or Amsterdam.
What you’ll do:
- Lead a team of product managers through ideation, prioritization, and development of innovative products.
- Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers.
- Attract, build, manage, and develop a talented, diverse, equitable and inclusive team of product managers and product leaders
- Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
- Integrate user studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
- Understand Loop’s strategic and competitive position, and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry
- Maximize efficiency in a fast-changing environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
- Manage multiple products and priorities, scale teams, and ensure org is effective, healthy, and set up for success by establishing clear and measurable goals
- Identify and initiate opportunities for new projects or focus areas and builds teams necessary to execute
Requirements
How you’ll do it:
- You have 12+ years of experience in product management and/or product design.
- You have a long experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, and user research teams
- You have 6+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing both individual contributors and senior leaders
- You have experience with beautifully designed hardware or consumer products
- You have critical thinking and analytical leadership experience
- You have a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Ideally, you have a Master’s degree in engineering, design, or related field
