Product Owner

You will report into the product team and become the connector in realizing our vision and strategy with respect to energy. Having impact in companies amp; households across the world with Smappee products.

A look into a week of our Product Owner:

• Daily you act as a connector between the market and product development team to further clarify the backlog. You thereby foster co-creation, transparency, and motivation within the teams with close collaboration.
• You work with the product management team to translate vision, strategy, and requirements to define the roadmap for your product.
• You will be responsible to plan and prioritize the next increment of our product and work with the development team during the sprint
• You will take part in the stand-up, refinements, retrospectives, and planning during each of the sprints
• You lead our bazaar where we share the results of the sprint increment with the Smappee team and collect feedback for the next iteration of our product
• You are outcome focused and share the results of your increment with your stakeholders: what was our goal, how do we measure our result and did we see our result improve with this iteration?

Requirements

• You are an experience product owner with 5+ years of proven experience shipping qualitative software iterations to market in Agile development environments
• You have experience with Agile frameworks (preferably LeSS)
• You can lead conversations with different stakeholders and the development team.
• You understand that a product is more than just a developed feature and keep a whole product focus including marketing, sales, training, quality, serviceability, etc in your thinking
• You are able to communicate in a transparent way about the current priorities, backlog and increments towards management and your stakeholders
• You are passioned by the energy transition and want to build products that are impactful towards the customer
• You are fluent in Dutch amp; English
