The Head of Regioal Margin Analysis is responsible for leading the regional team of margin and cost analysts and providing front line support to the regional commercial team and regional FPamp;A. Accountable for the ongoing development, analysis and processing of product costing, margin analysis, and team development.

Key responsibilities
- Responsible for developing the standards, analysis process and team development for the regional margin and cost analysts and ensuring its implementation in line with Regional Vice Presidents requirements
- Develop a deep understanding of the contribution margins, gross margins and cash costs including logistics costs for all product lines
- Assisting Commercial teams in customer, product and service margin analysis and decision support
- Providing analysis and explanations as necessary to support the FPamp;A analysis for the region
- Manage the timeliness and accuracy of reporting by the margin and cost analysts
- Reviewing and analyzing variances across plants, customers, products and the region whether that be in customer margin delivery, production process, material usage, scrap or for general commercial support
- Monitor inventory cycle count program and conduct periodic cycle count audits
- Responsible for establishing improved processes for margin analysis, inventory and cost operation
- Participate in internal and external audits
Skills amp; Experience
Minimum 5 years post qualification experience
Team management and strong communicator
Experience in manufacturing or similar industry preferred
Qualified accountant (CIMA) desirable
Commercial finance and / or margin analysis experience
Ability and willingness to travel up to 30%
