Tender Specialist
Smappee, Belgium

As a Tender Specialist you will be part of the Sales Team and you contribute to the growth of the organization.

You'll play an integral role in business development and sales efforts through the completion of request for proposals covering both new business and client retention opportunities.

You will:

• Analyse, evaluate and prepare Tender documents
• Seek to understand the unique needs of the prospect and industry to respond with the best solution
• Provide consistent, proactive communications on the status of all assigned RFPs to achieve a successful, on-time proposal submission
• Develop high quality proposal responses obtained through a variety of resources and other colleagues across the organisation as necessary
• Assist the sales team to ensure that the business goals are achieved.

Requirements

• You like to work accurately and in detail from A - Z.
• You have excellent written communication skills in Dutch, English and French.
• You have at least a first experience with analyzing and preparing tender documents or RFP's.
• You can easily keep an overview.
• The strict deadlines do not scare you, but give you a good motivation to achieve your goal.
• Experience in writing processes and public tenders is a plus, but not a must.
• Experience in a technical environment is a plus but not a must
