Sales Supervisor/ KYC Supervisor/ Customer Service Supervisor

As a Sales Supervisor/KYC Supervisor /Customer Service Supervisor, you will:

  • Lead the teams by delegating duties, assigning tasks, and following up with all team members.
  • Supervise the daily operation of the sales support and KYC support teams and ensure they comply with company guidelines.
  • Oversees the resource allocation and workflow of all sales support activities including order processing, invoices and credit notes issuing, withdrawals procedures, and the preparation of reports.
  • Addresses problems with work quality, issues between employees and other concerns in an effective, timely manner
  • Proceeds to actions as to ensure that all the necessary restraints have been implemented on the account functionalities, according to the established KYC support and confiscations procedures
  • Ensure that customer complaints are resolved in a professional manner and within the predefined time limits


Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales Supervisor/ KYC Supervisor/ Customer Service Supervisor.
  • Excellent use of Dutch or French and English.
  • Experience of managing a small team 3-4 people.
  • High level attention to details and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle different systems.
