This year our websites have been used by over 10 million people, a 200% increase from last year. We partner with industry leaders working with local businesses such as Google, BNP Paribas Fortis, Deliveroo, TheFork or Petit Futé.
Since the re-opening of restaurants, CentralApp is setting ambitious goals by targeting to serve 30.000 customers in the coming years.
To help deliver this plan, we are looking for a Customer Onboarding and Product Marketing Manager with a passion for hospitality (restaurants, hotels...) who is able to work with other local businesses.
We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager who is passionate about developing products that our customers love. You will join a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work with the various teams at CentralApp to help design, deploy and measure the success of products that deliver on the company's vision and strategy.
You will be responsible for the onboarding process and boosting the usage of our features with our customer base. As soon as the product is available, you will be responsible for developing product marketing campaigns to promote the innovations internally to the sales and customer success teams and externally to customers and partners.
You will also coordinate with the product team to prioritise and monitor the roadmap based on customer feedback, product usage analysis, competitive intelligence and feedback from other CentralApp teams.
A good analytical mind, an ability to discuss with customers and a love of well done and automatable processes will be essential for this position. The three KPIs you will need to master at all times are product usage, revenue per customer and customer churn.
