Job Description
Agilytic helps organisations reach their goals through the smarter use of data. With over 150 projects successfully completed for well-known companies since 2015, and a growing team of more than twenty professionals, we aspire to become a leading data-driven management consultancy in Belgium.
As a recruitment intern you will get the chance to actively contribute and provide ideas to find new ways to attract the best candidates. You will be fully part of the team, joining team meetings and activities.
The recruitment intern will report directly to the management team. The role is not intended as customer-facing, but we expect to treat each project and our internal clients with an equal level of care.
- Support the team during campus recruitment activities
- Source and identify candidates on recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan first screening calls with candidates
- Support the team in the creation of recruitment content for social media
Requirements
You are a last year student (Bachelor or Master), studying Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field
You have excellent English writing skills (an official certification is a plus).
You have a strong interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition techniques and a interest in digital marketing
You have excellent interpersonal skills, and you like to connect with people by phone and face to face
You are proactive and energetic. You ask for more work when you’re done instead of waiting for someone to tell you what to do.
You are organized, able to prioritize and timebox tasks to meet deadlines
Digital is a passion and second nature
NB: the internship duration should be of at least 3 months
