What will you do?
As an Account Manager your focus will be on the commercial and operational management of the portfolio of active car traders and fleet owners to support ADESA Belgium’s commercial targets. You will also be in charge of the administration and follow-up of your customers. You will be working within the Sales team and will be reporting to and supported by the Sales Manager Belgium.
Requirements
Who are you?
Do you have a strong interest in cars and a commercial mindset? Are you motivated to demonstrate your exceptional problem solving skills to offer concrete and adapted solutions to the client within an online B2B environment? Then this might be THE job that you are looking for!
- You have a bachelor’s degree (or equal by experience)
- You have at least a first proven commercial experience in a B2B environment
- You also take good care of the administrative part of the job
- You have good common sense and the ability to listen and understand how customer care works
- You like to have daily contacts with our car traders, mainly by phone, email and occasionally visits
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English (written and spoken)
- You like to work in open-minded atmosphere with straight-forward people
- You remain productive and persevering even in a stressful environment
- You live in the surrounding area of Tienen.
