Requirements

Key responsibilities

• Process supplier’s invoices;
• Process employee expense reports;
• Process daily bank statements;
• Process Intercompany orders (IWO)
• Provide administrative support (approval process, scanning, filing)
• Provide support in the preparation of the audits (annual audits and SOX audits)

Competencies amp; Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent spoken and written English + knowledge of French and/or Dutch
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous and able to respect tight deadlines
• Team player with good communication skills
• Motivated to work in an international team
