Duties amp; Role:
- Assist the DCSU Resource Manager (RMO) for the totality of activities for which he/she is involved within the Directorate;
- Support resource planning alignment with the RMO within the Directorate;
- Support the DCSU funds execution and prepare reports and statistical analysis for presentation to the Director of Service Operation;
- Support the day-to-day activities related to P3M responsibilities, specifically by the use of the project management toolsets and Business Intelligence tools;
- Maintain collaborative data and information on DCSU SPMO Sharepoint Portal;
- Assist the DCSU RMO in monitoring the Directorate's Services Portfolio and Projects, in accordance with the NATO regulations and NCI Agency policies, procedures and standards;
- Assist in the coordination of cross-Service Line services and projects;
- Assist the DCSU RMO in providing support on Services, Projects and Processes Performance Metrics, when required;
- Assist the DCSU RMO in the collection, collation, verification and analysis of lifecycle data and information related to DCSU services, programmes, projects and processes.
Requirements
Skill, Knowledge amp; Experience:
- The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
- Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 3 years post-related experience;
- Or a secondary educational qualification with 4 years post-related experience;
- Proven practical experience with MS Project 2010 (EPM), MS Office Suite;
- Working experience in data analytics, MS Excel pivot tables, graphical representation of business data;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word, MS Power Point and SharePoint;
- Knowledge of industry standard project management framework and best practices;
- Experience in activities which involve the provision of administrative assistance to compile, verify, record and process forms and documents, in accordance with NCI Agency directive/guidance;
- Experience in the preparation of correspondence, proofreading material for accuracy, compiling material for publication and performing other related administrative duties;
- Proven ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing, with good briefing skills.
