We believe the parking is paramount to improve mobility for this generation . and the next.
Our "Tech-enabled" solutions range from shared parking spots to EV Charging and Bike parkings as we help our client to transition to a greener mobility.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our full cycle recruitment across Belgium, France and Spain.

Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Be in charge of the full spectrum of the hiring plan from identifying needs to closing successful hires (A-Z recruitment).
- Seek out new candidate sources and bring innovative ideas to attract the best talent
- Set hiring goals and track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fill
- Oversee internal and external communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer (for example on Glassdoor, LinkedIn and social media)
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
Ideal candidate
- You are fluent in French and in English.
- You have 2-5 experience as a Recruiter / TA
- You are dedicated, well organised and resilient.
- You are very proficient with computers and always looking to improve processes.
- You have strong interviewing skills.
- You are passionate about what you do.
