We are continuing our growth journey with a new super exciting expansion of our Digital First Brands into multiple channels. Hence, we are looking for a Finance Integration Manager for SYLPHAR NV (a part of Karo Healthcare company) to co-pilot with our Business Leader to help us on our growth journey and to build a sustainable profitable business locally. This is a role for an experienced Finance Manager who has worked in an international environment on a growth journey. You will play a critical role in a dynamic and fast-growing organization where your contribution can and will make a visible difference everyday.
Key Area of Responsibilities
- Responsible for financial management, including accounting, budgeting and planning
- Financial management support for decision-making
- Business partner of GM and Finance Director to support and drive the business
- Identify and address financial risk and opportunities for the company
- Monthly performance reporting
- Steer and review KPIs such as: sales, gross margin, dedicated selling expenses, opex, capital employed etc.
- Ensure that there is a high quality of co-operation and communication with other relevant disciplines and departments as well as external stakeholders
- Manage Financial statements acc. to local regulations and laws.
As we are setting up SYLPHAR NV onto the ERP-system of Karo Healthcare, we are looking for you to help us properly integrate things locally with regards to budgeting, reporting, audit, IT, logistics, purchases of course with strong support form the central functions.
Requirements
- You have a master’s in finance/business management
- You have minimum 10 years of experience as Finance Manager
- You have international experience in VAT
- You are fluent in English/Dutch
