The Role
As a Rydoo Solutions Engineer; you will be a key member of the Go-to-Market team. A driver of our technical pre-sales strategy, working alongside the existing account teams. Understanding how the Rydoo application is built, structured, secured and how to integrate solutions into the tool will be integral to this role.
- Partner with Account Executives to collect prospect's integrations requirements, uncover the bigger picture and create solutions that can be applied to many companies.
- Conduct Proof Of Concepts (PoCs), where necessary, to help prospects validate technical requirements and highlighting our the Rydoo ecosystem and value.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to help implement Rydoo on a technical level and set up an integration with the customers' eco-system of tools and applications. Often assist in implementing what was already discussed during the sales cycle.
- Be a buddy to CSM with regards to integration issues and trouble shoot together with clients where needed.
- You will apply your expertise in integration, solution architecture, compliance, and security to help customers use our tool in every way possible, so it ultimately becomes the sole business app they need to process their expenses with.
- Act as an advocate within the product team, sharing customer feedback to drive product roadmap.
- Assist the product team in rolling out complex new features with existing customers.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a solution engineer or relevant position
- Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Comfortable engaging with Software Engineers and Developers to understand technical requirements
- Knowledge of integrations Specific Group, Cosmo Consult, SD Worx, Appzen, Netsuite, REST APIs, and SSO
- Understanding of accounting tools, ERP, iPaaS platforms is a nice to have
- Solution-oriented, don’t take no for an answer
- Able to distill complex requirements into concrete actionable steps or a solution for the client.
- Strong interest and affinity with sales processes and business development mindset
- A people-first approach you love talking to clients and you’re not afraid to turn a no into a YES!
- High level of English and a nice to have: high level of German
- Being compassionate, unselfish, and a true team player!
