Job Description

Optimy delivers an all-in-one and easily configurable social impact (SaaS) platform that enables companies to efficiently manage their grant making, sponsorship, volunteering and donation initiatives.

We help more than 300 clients in over 30 countries and support them in their willingness to do good to society. Our client portfolio includes Audi, L’Oréal, Michelin France, TUI, Petrobras and many others.

Our main goal? Making sure that our customers' social impact projects are successful by making their processes more efficient and easy to set up in our intuitive flexible tool.

Requirements

Your Mission

Manage revenue operations, including the marketing amp; sales technology stack processes and integrations

  • Build revenue operations dashboard(s) to track and report on team OKRs, incl: sales pipeline forecast, MQLs/SQLs generated, deals won, CPL, ROI,...
  • Provide guidance and insights to the team managers based on result/trend analysis
  • Develop, implement amp; document sales amp; marketing processes workflows
  • Maximize team efficiency through process automation amp; technology adoption
  • Ensure HubSpot data quality
  • Establish amp; maintain marketing GDPR compliance
  • Offer operational lead generation campaign support
  • Maintain amp; analyze the Optimy Ideal Customer Profile amp; buyer person

Your Profile

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM amp; MAP systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Min 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Passion and solid understanding of marketing amp; sales technology
  • Process amp; data driven
  • Analytical mindset
  • Able to work independently
  • Fluent in English and at least 1 other language

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior HubSpot experience is a plus
  • Prior B2B experience in the tech-space is a plus
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Able to function in a team as well as prioritize/execute tasks independently
  • Open to change and willing to learn and try out new technologies
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Prior digital marketing amp; demand generation experience is a plus
