Job Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Success manager to strengthen our team. Someone who can help our customers achieve maximum value with our parking software by supporting the adoption and integration of our software application into their business. At Izix, you will work with young, motivated team members and support major customers from multiple industries across Europe.

What will you be doing ?

As Customer Success Manager, you will be part of the Operations Team. The main mission of this team is to ensure the smooth adoption and continued usage of our software solutions by our clients. Your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our software is delivered on time and produces the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s implementation and timeline. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to earn our clients’ trust. This is a highly visible role in the organization requiring a combination of project management, technical, interpersonal, and leadership skills to be successful. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.

As an customer success manager you will:

  • Implement Izix solutions at our customers, guiding them along their journey with our software solution (onboarding, support, development) and bringing your commercial, technical and product expertise to the table;
  • Develop and validate project plans (around the setup of our software: integrations, installations, development, etc.) and milestones with the customers, manage projects from end to end, including scoping, understanding customer requirements, reporting on progress and KPIs, tracking risks, action items, issues and decision upon delivery; revise when needed;
  • Partner with internal teams including Sales, Support and Product, and third party partners to deliver a world class customer experience;
  • Create customer facing documentation to help guide customers on where/how they can implement elements of our services themselves;
  • Manage a portfolio of customers on a day to day basis;
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction (train, collect feedback, inform about upgrades, interesting outcomes for them, etc.);
  • Liaise with the product team to communicate customer needs and suggesting upgrades or additional features to meet existing or upcoming requirements as well as to validate releases and new developments before they are launched;
  • Monitor past roll out projects and create reports detailing insights and potential improvements for future initiatives. Create process improvements and ensure they are being adhered to;
  • Manage and mentor a team of implementation experts. Take care of the onboarding of new joiners and of the growth of existing team members;
  • Communicate project objectives, status, expectations to project team and management.
