We are looking for an experienced Country Manager for their growing team in Belgium.

- Development of a robust year-on-year strategy and managing the implementation of this to ensure achievement of the country budget
- Pro-active courting of potential new business opportunities
- Managing existing key accounts to ensure profitable transaction growth. Identifying new business opportunities
- Define and approve Quality amp; Environmental rules in coordination with QES Manager
- Monitoring Agent performance against market and budget, analysing transaction levels and identifying solutions
- Ensuring the resolution of operational and other problems through the management of key personnel and liaison with the relevant teams
- Identifying new opportunities and working with relevant teams to ensure the smooth introduction and marketing of any enhanced or new products
- Ensuring full business policy and legal compliance
- Increase and establish brand awareness and market share, and to work out strategic business/ marketing plans to increase sales volume and profitability
- Develop an annual account plan with a strategic focus directed to identifying all opportunities, selecting strategic prospects, identifying customer needs, and selling communications solutions to achieve revenue/margin and sales objectives
- Drive country business to achieve and surpass sales and business goals and company objectives
- Responsible for follow-up of implementation of Company’s policy in association with QES Manager
- Identify company’s objectives
- Ensuring that management review meetings are held as defined in QES Manual.
Candidate Requirements
- Similar experience in the related scope
- A good understanding of DGF services delivery from a business perspective
- Management skills, process amp; people management
- Analytical, conceptual, strategic and planning abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills including conflict resolution, initiative, confidence, decision making, responsiveness
- Excellent understanding of the DGF Network and internal processes including soft and hardware policies, regulations and guidelines
- Highly developed in customer service (internal amp; external) and quality
- Thorough understanding of ISO 9002, 14001 and 18001, and how to construct and maintain related policies and procedures
- Knowledge of the principles, practices and procedures of human resource administration in assigned area
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of personnel and work well under pressure
- Ability to work with confidential information
