We are looking for a seasoned, self-driven, tenacious HR professional to act as the Business Partner for our fast growing teams in Belgium and the Netherlands, while being based in Brussels. You will be dealing with a wide spectrum of HR projects, from strengthening our employer branding to managing day to day HR operations and leading the talent agenda for the 2 countries.

Main Responsibilities
- Offer expert advice and HR support to Managers and local teams
- Follow through recruitment and onboarding of employees in collaboration with our Talent Acquisition team
- Manage payroll with an external provider
- Roll-out global policies, develop and implement local HR procedures
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Monitor key HR metrics and report to management to drive decision-making
- Enhance employer brand name in the local markets
- Overlook health and safety matters and office management
- Keep up to date with employee relations and labor legislation framework
- Nurture a positive working environment
To be considered you should have:
- People oriented and results driven attitude
- Demonstrable experience with human resources?metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Good knowledge of local labor law and?HR best practices
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Fluent in English
- Native in French or Dutch
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
