ISV Sales Administrator/ISV Sales Operations Administrator/ Sales Administrator

(French or Dutch and English language skills essential)

We are currently looking to hire an ISV Sales Administrator/ISV Sales Operations Administrator/ Sales Administrator, who will be working closely with and support our growing ISV Partnerships team and existing partners to enable growth.

As an ISV Sales Administrator/ ISV Sales Operations Administrator / Sales Administrator you will:

Reporting to the ISV Sales Director the role, the Sales Operation Admin has a wide range of responsibilities, such as to:

  • Be a subject matter expert on Viva Wallet’s ISV Partner program
  • Be responsible for the partner onboarding and enablement process
  • Provide support with partners’ requests
  • Establish and maintaining effective communication with partners to ensure a high-level of customer satisfaction
  • Own the partners' billing processes
  • Perform sales data analysis to identify growth opportunities within the existing partner ecosystem
  • Work together with the ISV Partners team and cross-departmental stakeholders to support partner requests, implement new processes and optimize existing ones
  • Maintain knowledge base, CRM organization, and overall sales-related collaterals documentation
  • Keep up with trends and developments in Payments, FinTech, Neobanks and e-commerce

Requirements

Ideally, we are looking for a person who:

  • Has up to 2 years of experience in operations, sales/ channel operations, ideally within the Payments amp; Fintech industry.
  • Is familiar with technology - understanding terms like API, integration, intent-based communication, etc.
  • Has experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Displays the ability to work effectively and collaboratively across all departments, to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Has a good knowledge of MS Office. (especially excel, PowerPoint)
  • Has good writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent use of Dutch or French, and English languages.

It will be considered as a plus

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Additional foreign language
