What is the project about?
The Software Engineer analyzes, develops, enhances and tests various customized (internal) end-to-end solutions, ranging from bug fixing and additional developments/features to maintenance of the software and applications, and integrates them with the customer's systems to deliver coherent, scalable and high-performance solutions to improve the customer experience, innovate and stay ahead of the competition.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, analyze and monitor business processes and/or related improvement initiatives, in consultation with all stakeholders.
- Convert concepts and wireframes into user-friendly solutions (front-end), on the one hand. Creates and maintains secure business layers, database environments and interfaces with other systems (back-end).
- Ensure quality control and testing, tracking/implementing acceptance criteria and refining them as needed to ensure development is in line with requirements.
- Participates in projects, consults with customers/departments on technical issues, consider scope, quality and timing and reports on status to project manager.
- Integrate and implement custom solutions in the Cloud environment or on customer premises.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (in computer science or similar field) or equivalent through experience.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of VB.NET and C#.NET
- Good knowledge of Angular, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, JQuery and Bootstrap
- Good knowledge van WEB API, REST en JSON
- Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with debugging and testing
- Excellent English language skills written and verbally, Dutch is a huge asset
Nice to have:
- Experience with responsive design
- Experience with Windows Forms, ASP.Net en KnockoutJS
- Experience with met Azure DevOps
- Experience with GIT
