What will you do?

The main purpose of this job is ensuring the administrative support of the teams within ADESA Belgium:

  • You support the different teams (Auction, Sales amp; Trading) and assist them in their administrative tasks
  • You have daily contact with your colleagues and our customers (sellers and buyers of vehicles)
  • You monitor the correct and on-time follow-up of vehicle documents and will take action when necessary
  • You carefully oversee the presence of car accessories and quickly take action if any accessories are missing


Who are you?

  • You are highly motivated and have a strong preference for administrative work
  • You have good communication skills
  • You are proactive, a team player and a problem solver
  • You are a fast learner with good analytical skills and sense of detail
  • You have a first experience in a similar position
  • You speak and write good Dutch, French and English
  • You live in the surroundings of Tienen
