The Role

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Creative Intern to join our award-winning communications agency for a 6-month paid internship, starting at the end of February 2023.

We know that unicorns don’t exist. Still, we are looking for someone with strengths and a desire to grow as a creative thinker and an original content creator. If that is you, our collaborative and international team can provide a dynamic learning environment and the opportunity to work on challenging projects.

You’ll be part of the creative team within the Digital amp; Creative Communications Hub as we Move People through storytelling. You’ll support us as we transform complex issues including policy issues into engaging and accessible content in the hybrid space between paid, earned, shared and owned media. Our creative work empowers clients to reach their objectives through effective communication.

We provide a space for each team member to constantly grow and develop, with each project providing a new opportunity to expand our collective knowledge and capabilities.

What you’ll do as you move with us

  • Gain an understanding of the client’s business, challenges and opportunities
  • Unleash your passion for creative conceptualisation and content production
  • Transform client requests into engaging design materials
  • Identify opportunities for creative approaches that challenge the norm
  • Work hand-in-hand with the project manager on exciting client assignment

Requirements

Who are you?

  • An Adobe Suite enthusiast, with a good basic knowledge of the following tools: Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
  • Familiar with Microsoft applications and a PowerPoint wizard who creates presentations that the world has never seen before
  • Familiar with the techniques of video making or willing to learn to craft of audiovisual production
  • Proactive, eager to learn and excited to get a first experience in a digital and creative communications role
  • Willing to think outside the box as you participate in brainstorming sessions, help develop new business and support?campaign development and implementation
  • Eager to deploy your creative skills for clients in the areas of technology, healthcare, sustainability and public policy
  • Unafraid to challenge the status quo to find more effective ways to communicate
  • A team player who has a strong attention to detail, is organised, and is good at time management, prioritisation and meeting deadlines
  • Proficient in spoken and written English communications skills
  • Comfortable with spoken and written French or Dutch

Practicalities:

  • Start date Monday, February 27th 2023
  • Please note that the CIP agreement excludes any internships for which the intern receives academic credit or undertakes as a part of a degree
  • Please not that in order to be eligible for a CIP agreement, one needs to have the right to work in Belgium full-time.
