Optimy delivers an all-in-one and easily configurable social impact (SaaS) platform that enables companies to efficiently manage their grant making, sponsorship, volunteering and donation initiatives.

We help more than 300 clients in over 30 countries and support them in their willingness to do good to society. Our client portfolio includes Audi, L’Oréal, Michelin France, TUI, Petrobras and many others.

Our main goal? Making sure that our customers' social impact projects are successful by making their processes more efficient and easy to set up in our intuitive flexible tool.

Your Mission

Dive into the world of charities and sponsorship and help companies to work in a more efficient way to have a bigger positive impact on society.

  • Provide support to customers from different countries and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Become an expert in an Optimy tool, its adoption and implementation, including its challenges and processes
  • Facilitate the development of functional/technical specifications to meet customer’s requirements during the implementation
  • Be a friendly professional advisor and know when to suggest best practices, how to defuse problems and always address our customers’ issues in a timely manner
  • Advocate extended usage, by explaining the value of new features and services to existing customers
  • Manage different accounts
  • Grow the customer base and enhance the customer relationship as well as the customer retention
  • Contribute to the optimization of the processes of the CS department

Your Profile

  • You already have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position (Account management, Customer support, Business development)
  • You are a native French speaker and you are fluent in English
  • You are able to work independently and have the drive to cultivate business relationships over the phone and by email
  • You have a natural inclination to resolve customer problems and help them be highly successful
  • A successful track record of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue goals in previous roles
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and high-volume of work with a positive attitude
  • Experience in SaaS environment is a plus
  • You have an EU citizenship or a valid Belgian work permit
