We are currently looking for an Junior IT Onsite Support to join our team in Puurs, we offer part-time opportunity for students (50%).
Tasks and Responsibilities
- PC staging
- Printer (both Office and Label) set up end deployment
- Scanner set up and deployment
- First line help
- Follow up with clients as needed
- Delivery of IT assets directly to the end user, including hardware assembly / disassembly.
- Instruction of end users in the use of the new hardware and software
- Installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktop hardware and software
- Escalate service issues when required
- Communication with customers/end users as required, keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages
- Advise and train staff on computer operations and software applications
Requirements
- You have very good IT knowledge and already have experience as IT Onsite Support and PC Staging
- You have the ability to multitask and think outside of the box.
- Fluent English and Dutch both written and verbally are strongly required
- Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
