Job Description

Reporting to the Regional Manager Customer Success, an Associate Customer Success Manager - Europe, based in Belgium, will respond to and solve customer requirements. You will work with a team of Customer Success Managers and will work with them on their portfolios to ensure there is timely and appropriate responses to customer requests.

In addition, this role will require some administrative support for the NCA team in the transition period of our realignment year of 202 and potentially beyond. For these tasks, you will be reporting to the Regional Manager, NCA.

NCA tasks will include but may not limited to:

  • Sending relevant information to prospects including prices and quotes.
  • Registering of new business in SalesForce including creation of opportunities.
  • Following up with customers on unpaid invoices.
  • Following trained users’ job moves on LinkedIn and notifying NCA team for potential lead generation opportunities.
  • Support a team of CSMs and their customer portfolios
  • Deal with incoming customer queries eg assessment queries, technical questions re Hub 1 or Perform
  • Escalate customer queries to CSM, or appropriate department, where required
  • Identify potential customers risks and escalate to CSMs
  • Have an understanding of customer metrics and work with CSMs to ensure customers are engaged with proactively
  • Customer project related support where required
  • Maintain customer data in relevant systems to ensure a thorough, accurate and consistent record for each customer exists. This includes but is not limited to communication, opportunity management, project-based records
  • Assist Credit Control with chasing of outstanding invoices

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of customer facing role in a fast-paced environment
