About the role:

Reporting to the Global Manager, Customer Enablement, the Customer Enablement Specialist will be expected to provide client facing psychology insight on our assessments. They will support various teams across the business in their opportunities, as well as provide expert guidance to the organisation internally

Key accountabilities:

  • Provide technical pre-sale support - assist Sales Acquisition with client discussions from a psychology perspective
  • Be a product expert and be able to answer queries around the psychology behind our products
  • Liaise with Science on latest research
  • Support internal Lamp;D needs
  • Support key accounts with client-facing psychology needs (Trends Analysis, Competency Framework, Bespoke Content, etc.)
  • Provide assessment feedback where necessary to clients based on region / project needs
  • Deliver of internal / ad hoc projects focussed on enabling our internal and external customers to utilise our assessment information in a comprehensive manner.
  • Ensure that professional and industry knowledge is up-to-date
  • Provide internal Thomas employees with feedback on their own results.
  • Attend project discovery calls with client
  • Organise and maintain personal continued-professional-development by identifying and attending relevant conferences / seminars / networking eventsManage all project management elements of the project including but no limited to: providing feedback to client / candidates, arranging the feedbacks, managing the project team, updating the client on progress of the project and providing recommendations upon project completion.
  • Present webinars for internal or external customers on relevant topics related to the applying our products according to best practice and industry standard.
  • Facilitate product awareness sessions for our customers, enabling them to better understand how to use our products.
  • Provide recommendations on best practice with regard to the project taking place.

Requirements

Experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Qualifications

Relevant BA or BCom (Hons) degree or equivalent with Psychology as a focus

Special requirements for the role

Hybrid working model willingness and ability to travel to all Thomas premises, internal and external client meetings.

Excellent English, Dutch, French written and verbal skills
