WHAT WILL BE YOUR POSITION?
As an IT Support Officer, reporting to the Operations Director, you will provide first, second and even third line support to end users and maintain the hardware provided to them. In concrete terms, you will:
You also participate in the establishment of indicators that measure the team's operations. With your colleagues, you organize knowledge transfer moments in order to increase the team's level.
You will also participate to transversal projects that would require your help.
